Centrifugation is a technique to separate particles from a solution by using centrifugal force. Liquids are placed in tubes that are loaded into the centrifuge, then spun at high speeds to cause the separation.
The Fisher Accuspin 24C centrifuge is primarily used for nanoparticle ink formulations. The system has been upgraded to a max speed of 9500 rpm. Please contact Michelle Rincon if you have questions about your process or would like to be trained.
